TryFor moms who read labels. What to buy, what to skip, and the hidden ingredients to leave on the shelf, from a mom and former cosmetic chemist.
If you've ever stayed up way too late Googling whether your baby wash is safe, I see you. I've been there, and I used to formulate these products for a living.
I'm a wife, a boy mom, and a former cosmetic chemist who still reads every label out of habit. Becoming a mom showed me how confusing it is to know what's actually safe, even when you know the science. So I started sharing what I use for my own family. Not to scare you. To give you the whys, in plain language.
This isn't about being perfect, just intentional. You don't have to throw everything out. Pick one thing, swap it, and let that be enough for now. That's the one-swap rule, and it's how every change in our home started. Progress, not perfection.
Progress, not perfection. You don't need to redo your whole home this week. Pick a room, swipe through, and start with the swap that feels doable. Come back for the next one when you're ready.
